Can I return my order?

Yes, this is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt.

Your order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order still contains all the appropriate parts and components, and the packaging has arrived in its original condition.

  2. Only normal handling of the product is evident; breakage due to careless handling is excluded.

  3. Products for which hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

  4. The product has been found to be defective immediately upon receipt.

  5. We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.

  6. A return will be processed within 7 working days and, if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.


How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please do the following to initiate the returns process:

  • Send an email to: /

  • Make sure the email contains the following:

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return request

    • Photo of the product (in case of breakage)

    • First name + last name of the customer

    • Address of the customer

We will then respond to you and provide the return address.
⚠️ Never send the return to the sender — we will provide you with the correct return address.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.


Cancellation Policy

Because we work with a fully automated system, your order is processed immediately after it is placed.

  • Within 20 minutes of placing your order, cancellation is still possible.

  • After 20 minutes, the order is already in processing and cannot be cancelled until delivery. In that case, you can return the items within 14 days of receipt.


Incorrect Address Policy

Please make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is provided and the order is shipped, and the customer later claims the parcel was not received, we cannot be held responsible.

  • We will do our best to help you resolve the situation, but in such cases the responsibility lies with the customer.

  • If the order cannot be recovered, the customer will need to place a new order with the correct address.


Our Eco-Conscious Promise 🌱

We care deeply about the environment and want to minimize unnecessary returns due to the impact of CO₂ emissions. That’s why we also offer alternative solutions to make sure you are satisfied without always needing to ship items back.

Examples of alternatives we may offer:

  • Partial refund while keeping the item (you can gift it to a friend or family member).

  • Discount voucher for a future order, on top of existing offers.

This way, you can still benefit, while helping us reduce the environmental footprint of unnecessary return shipments.


Record for Shipments in Transit

As our goods are shipped from China, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us in advance about your cancellation.

To ensure the fastest possible return process, we ask you to provide us with a shipping confirmation once you send the parcel back.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard option).

Refunds will be made within 14 days after we have received notification of your withdrawal and the returned goods.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
